How Do I Request a Refund for a Product I Purchased?

What Is the Deadline for Requesting a Refund?



The refund period for the product is defined and provided by the seller at the time of purchase, in the offer itself. You can also check this deadline in your purchase confirmation email.

We follow Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, which states that the refund request period for digital products is 7 days.

How to Request a Refund on Ticto



There are two methods to request a refund for a product purchased through Ticto, and the choice depends on the payment method used. Below, we outline the detailed procedures for each option.

Direct Refund with the Producer/Seller



If you made the purchase via bank slip, smart payment, subscription, or purchased a physical product, you should contact the product seller directly. The producer's support can be found:

1. In the purchase confirmation email, you will see the support email and phone number provided by the seller.



2. Additionally, on the home page of the course members area, you will find an icon labeled "Support," where you can access the contact information provided by the seller.



Refund for Credit Card or PIX Payments



If your purchase was made via credit card or PIX, and it WAS NOT in the smart payment, subscription, or a physical product categories, you can request a refund by following these steps:

1. Access the Refund Request Form by clicking here

2. In FIND PURCHASE, enter the code generated at the time of purchase and the email provided at that time.

If you do not remember the order code, click on the button CAN'T FIND THE ORDER CODE. This will allow you to search by your email.

3. Next, enter the email where you received the purchase confirmation.

4. Click the NEXT button to proceed to the next step.

5. You will be redirected to the "Security Verification" section.

6. In this section, enter the security code that was sent to your email.

7. In REFUND REASON, choose the reason for requesting the refund.

8. In the REVIEW INFORMATION section, confirm that the details provided match the product you purchased. Ensure that this is indeed the product for which you want to request a refund.

9. Finally, provide your feedback. If you encountered any specific issues with the product, mention them in this field.

10. A confirmation pop-up will appear, asking if you want to proceed with the refund.



Your request will be forwarded to the seller for review. Keep an eye on your email inbox (including your spam folder), as all communication regarding this request will be conducted through that channel.



How Do I Know if My Refund Request Was Accepted?



After the seller reviews your request, you may receive a direct contact from the product support team to resolve any issues, and in cases of confirmed refunds, you will receive an email in your inbox:



How Long Will It Take to Receive the Refund?



The time it takes to receive the refund varies depending on the payment method used during the purchase:

Credit Card: The time frame for the refund to appear on your statement, as set by the card companies, is 30 to 60 days, depending on your billing cycle.

Bank Slip: The refund amount will be sent to the customer's account (this account must be linked to the same email used for the order). You will receive instructions from the payment processor via email on how to receive and transfer the refunded amount.

PIX: The amount will be returned to the same account used for the PIX payment within a few hours after the request.

Can I Cancel the Refund Request?



The refund process is irreversible and cannot be canceled.
