How to Add Your Products on Ticto?
On Ticto, you can create products such as subscriptions, courses, physical products, events, e-books, and software.
We also offer various categories so that you can select the one that best fits your business, such as personal development, finance, and digital marketing.
Additionally, if you work with a support team, you can select different customer service channels, such as email and phone, in your product settings.
Regarding payment, we offer the following methods: Credit Card (including two cards from different brands), Bank Slip (one-time or installment payment), and PIX.
Below is the step-by-step guide to creating a product on the platform.
1. Log in to your Ticto account, and in the left side menu, click on MY PRODUCTS.
In this section, by clicking on the PRODUCER, CO-PRODUCER, and **AFFILIATE **tabs, you will see all the products linked to your account.
2. To register a product as a PRODUCER, click on NEW PRODUCT.
3. In ACTIVE PRODUCT, select whether the product will be available for sale or not.
4. Enter the PRODUCT NAME.
5. ** Enter the **SALES PAGE URL.
**6. ** Provide a **DESCRIPTION **(minimum of 50 characters) of your product. Keep in mind that this field is optional.
**7. ** Include an **IMAGE **to illustrate the product. Remember that this image is for internal control only and will not be shown to the end customer.
**8. ** Specify the **CATEGORY **of the product.
9. ** In **PRODUCT TYPE, select whether the product is a Subscription, Course, E-book, Event, Physical Product, Software, or Other.
10. ** In **NAME ON CREDIT CARD BILL, specify how the product will be identified on the customer’s credit card bill.
11. ** In **REFUND PERIOD, define whether your product will have a 7, 15, or 30-day refund period.
12. ** Provide the **SUPPORT EMAIL and CONTACT, so that customers can reach out if they have questions.
13. ** Finally, click **SAVE.
What Are the Statuses of Products Registered on Ticto
APPROVED: When the product is fully approved and complies with Ticto's terms of use;
REJECTED: When the product does not comply with the platform's terms of use;
PENDING CORRECTION: When some irregularity needs to be corrected (details are sent via email);
UNDER REVIEW: When our compliance team is analyzing your product. The review process takes approximately 2 business days, but don’t worry, this status won’t affect your sales.
